Doctor Jo Jones - Consultant Paediatrician
I'm a mother of three children, and know what it's like to be concerned about their health, their behaviour and happiness.
The issues that I face are familiar to me both at work and at home, as I have had to work on many of them with my own children.
It's easy to feel alone and unsure even where to start when you are faced with an unwell, struggling or unhappy child. I'm very easy to talk to, and I encourage parents and carers to talk about all of their concerns – your views and fears are always important.
I always aim to let you know as much as I can about what is happening, so that you walk away confident about your child's problem area and feeling completely in control. You'll receive a very comprehensive report from me, which you can refer back to if you need to. If there is anything you are still unsure of, please contact me and we can arrange a time to talk
My routine clinics are in Leamington Spa and Stratford–upon–Avon in Warwickshire. I cover Birmingham and the West Midlands but families frequently come from much further and I accommodate them whenever I can.
Dr Chris Morrell

Chris is passionate about raising autism awareness and has delivered autism awareness training and consultation to many schools, colleges and universities around the country. He has a particular interest in the assessment and diagnosis of girls with autism.

Becky Freeman – Practice Manager
Since graduating in Psychology and Health Science at the University of West of England in 1997, I have built my career in small to medium sized businesses working in a number of sectors as Project Manager, Office Manager, General Manager and Company Secretary. This has given me an excellent understanding of small to medium businesses and I have high expectations of standards of work and delivery of services and products.
As a mother of two children, like other parents or carers, the issues and worries that one faces when bringing up children can be challenging and concerning. Dr Jo Jones and I work as a team and we pride ourselves in providing a high standard of service including efficient communication with parents, carers, and other professionals. My role in managing the practice includes helping to deliver comprehensive reports as soon as possible after appointments to parents or carers and other professionals if required, ensure clinic notes are ready for appointments, deal with invoices, payments and queries, and provide administration support to Dr Jo Jones.
I work part time mainly Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays but have constant contact with Jo to ensure all urgent matters are dealt with immediately.
Joanna Barnes – Assistant Practice Manager
My role as Assistant Practice Manager involves managing the diary for general clinics, coordinating ADHD patient care and supporting Becky in her role as Practice Manager. You may see me referred to as “Barnsey” in emails – my office nickname.
After graduating from the University of Leeds in 2001, I worked in IT for several years before taking a break when my eldest child was born to complete a Masters degree at Warwick University. I then worked in private business and the NHS before joining Healthcare 4 Kids in 2017.
I am the mum of three children and I love being part of this hard working and caring team where we all have the goal of helping children and their families to receive the care and support they need. Outside of work and parenting duties I enjoy running, baking and reading.
Ellie Olivieri - ADHD Nurse
I qualified as a paediatric nurse in 2007 after completing my Bachelor of Children's Nursing with honours at Manchester University.
I have worked in a number of large hospitals, including Great Ormond street and Sydney Children's hospital. I have gained a wealth of experience caring for sick children and their families. My clinical experience has been both here and in Australia, where I lived for 8 years.
I am a mum to 5 year old twin girls who keep me very busy! As a parent, I understand the worries we all face, especially when it comes to their health. Nobody knows a child better than the parent, and I always take time to listen to any concerns there may be. The opportunity to build a rapport with the child and their family has always been my favourite part of paediatric nursing.
I was lucky enough to join the healthcare4kids team in November and I am thoroughly enjoying my new role as ADHD nurse. My role is to follow up ADHD patients, checking growth and vitals. The most valuable part of the appointment is to have a chat and see how everything is going. I discuss medications and listen to the patient to see whether the dose needs amending in any way. I discuss all the patients with Jo and we often make a plan together. I am really enjoy getting to know all the patients and their families. Dr Jo has already taught me so much, and every clinic I learn more from the wonderful patients I am lucky enough to meet.
Cheryl Jackson - Patient Administrator
Queenie, as we call her, joined the team as an administrator in March but it feels like she's been here forever. She makes good tea but more importantly ensures Medical Reports are sent out as soon as possible and also reminds you not to forgot your appointment. We have a very close team at Healthcare4kids and all have one goal for the day and that is to ensure we can help parents....
Cheryl has enjoyed over 15 years of Marketing and advertising account and project management within many industries. She is also a qualified beautician so when she's not with us or being a Mum of two boys, she is pampering people.
Sarah Coleman - Office Administrator
Alison Marland - Finance Administrator
Alison has more than 15 years experience in organisations around Warwickshire and the West Midlands, working with Directors, Chief Executives and Senior Managers to provide reliable, professional and streamlined business support.
Since graduating from The University of Birmingham in 1999 she has had a varied and interesting career alongside bringing up her 2 children, including client support in leadership development and 5 years as a childminder. This varied experience both in business and the childcare sector helps her relate to the challenges faced by parents whilst providing professional and organised support to the administration team at Healthcare4kids.
Maddie Hamer - Administrative Assistant
I am 19 and currently on a gap year, having studied at North Leamington school for seven years. In September 2021, I will be attending the University of Leeds to study Law for 3 years. This degree will hopefully start a career within the legal system, or give me some knowledge in potentially creating my own business.
In order to gain experience and learn new skills, I have been happily working for Healthcare4kids as part of the admin team since January 2021.
